Full-time Sports Administrator at Elite Sports Academy in the UAE.
Provides customer service and administrative support for sports coaching and development programmes, holiday camps and facility management services.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Create and maintain filing systems and registers.
- Assist with payment collection during coaching sessions and sign-up days.
- Provide general administrative support and complete assigned tasks.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to support efficient operations.
- Represent the organization positively with stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills; an administrative background is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English, strong communication and organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- A UAE driving licence is required; a driving licence is also listed as preferable.
- Positive, smart approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
- All-inclusive salary package of AED 4,500; pay is listed as up to AED 4,500 per month.
