Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming activities and enforce pool safety rules.
• Ensure the safety of students, coaches, and visitors.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and provide CPR and first aid when required.
• Conduct regular safety checks of the pool area and equipment.
• Maintain the pool area in a clean and safe condition.
• Report safety, maintenance, and equipment issues to the facility supervisor.
• Support coaches during swimming sessions when required.
• Participate in safety training, drills, and team briefings.
• Complete required reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Lifeguard certification.
• Hold valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
• Previous lifeguard experience is preferred, particularly in a sports or school environment.
• Demonstrate strong swimming ability and good physical fitness.
• Have excellent awareness, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Hold a valid driving licence.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Work professionally with children, parents, and staff.

Compensation

• Salary is up to SAR 3,000 per month, plus company accommodation.

Workplace

• The role is performed in person in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
