Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist for a full-time, on-site position at our Abu Dhabi center.
The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Responsibilities
include creating personalized therapy plans, collaborating with parents to support their child’s development, and maintaining accurate records of progress.
The role also involves working closely with other therapeutic specialists to ensure a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to child development.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
- Knowledge of treating Speech and Communication Disorders
- Proficiency in handling Dysphagia-related cases
- Experience with Language Disorders and their therapeutic management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working with children with developmental needs is highly preferred
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual child requirements
- Commitment to professional growth and staying updated on the latest therapeutic practices
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages common in the UAE is a plus
