Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, industry events, and networking.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and specifiers to influence project specifications.
• Ensure terrazzo flooring solutions are incorporated into building designs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments in building materials and flooring.
• Use market insights to develop strategic sales approaches and differentiate products.
• Build the brand and client relationships through events, trade conferences, exhibitions, and client activations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide customer service, address inquiries and concerns, and support customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Three to five years of specification sales or business development experience in the building materials industry.
• Knowledge of terrazzo flooring is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE construction and design process, local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and developing business relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in sales.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Compensation

• Salary is listed as AED 7,000–10,000 per month.
