In this field-based role, you will partner with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key accounts to implement tailored, patient-focused solutions and drive sustainable business growth across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

  • In line with GSK values and our Ahead Together strategy, you will:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HCPs and key accounts to drive awareness and appropriate use of GSK solutions.*
  • Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with GSK commercial strategies to achieve agreed targets and objectives.*
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, medical, market access) to implement tailored account plans and solutions.*
  • Monitor performance, analyze market trends and customer insights, and recommend actions to address opportunities and challenges.*
  • Help ensure product availability by coordinating with supply chain and commercial teams and supporting accurate demand forecasting.*
  • Conduct regular external meetings to provide disease awareness and patient-focused information to HCPs, in full adherence to GSK policies, the GSK Code and all applicable local laws and ethical standards.
  • **Required Qualifications**
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related scientific field.*
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of performance.*
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.*
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Bahrain as required.*
  • Current residency in Abu Dhabi.
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • Recent experience in specialty care or related therapeutic areas within the UAE and/or Bahrain.*
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and key stakeholders in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Bahrain.*
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against objectives.*
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt in a dynamic environment.*
  • Proactive approach to learning, sharing knowledge and continuously improving ways of working.*
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the UAE / Bahrain healthcare market.
  • **Work Environment**
  • This is a field-based role covering Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in the UAE as well as Bahrain.
  • Regular travel across the assigned territory is required.
