In this Specialty Account Manager role, you will work with healthcare professionals and key accounts to implement tailored solutions that support patients and drive sustainable business growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • In line with GSK’s values and Ahead Together strategy, you will:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to increase appropriate awareness and use of GSK solutions.*
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with GSK commercial strategies to achieve agreed objectives.*
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (for example, marketing, medical, market access) to deliver tailored, patient-focused solutions for accounts.*
  • Monitor product and territory performance, interpret market trends and recommend actions to address opportunities and challenges.*
  • Help ensure product availability by working closely with supply chain and commercial teams and supporting accurate demand forecasting.*
  • Conduct external educational meetings in line with GSK policies to support disease awareness and appropriate use of patient-focused solutions.
  • **Required Qualifications and Experience**
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related discipline.*
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or account management experience with a strong track record of performance.*
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.*
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Dubai, Northern Emirates and/or Qatar as required.*
  • Legal right to live and work in the country of application.
  • **Preferred Qualifications and Experience**
  • Recent experience in specialty care, respiratory or related therapeutic areas in the United Arab Emirates or Qatar.*
  • Good understanding of the healthcare environment in Dubai, Northern Emirates and/or Qatar.*
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against agreed timelines.*
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a dynamic environment.*
  • Proactive approach to learning, sharing knowledge and continuously improving ways of working.*
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the United Arab Emirates or Qatar healthcare market.
  • **Work Environment**
  • This is a field-based role covering accounts in Dubai, Northern Emirates and Qatar.
  • Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.
