Strategy
- Support training architecture, curricula, and learning pathways.
- Provide input to technical and behavioral training programs based on needs analysis and institutional objectives.
- Integrate training with individual performance plan outcomes, competency frameworks, and succession-planning requirements in talent management systems.
- Support qualification plans for internal technical trainers in specialized and critical fields to strengthen knowledge transfer.
- Manage the technical training calendar and budget in line with strategic capability priorities.
Operations
- Implement technical training plans with organizational units, ensuring agreed schedules, participation targets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers on technical training matters.
- Organize technical workshops, seminars, and conferences, managing planning and execution.
- Provide day-to-day support to team members delivering technical training operations and support services.
Product and process improvement
- Review technical training programs using evaluation results, measure impact, analyze findings, and recommend improvements to content and delivery.
- Prepare periodic analytical reports on program effectiveness, utilization, and outputs for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in core data analysis and reporting; knowledge of administrative practices and operational coordination.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps; experience in training operations and learning center management.
- Skill in planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs and managing individual development plans.
- Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Understanding of the organization’s business context and operational environment.
