Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Author, edit, review, schedule, and publish website content using AEM.
• Create and maintain pages using approved templates, components, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, assets, and metadata.
• Manage content requests through intake, authoring, approvals, publishing, and production validation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and design, development, QA, SRE, SEO, accessibility, localization, and program teams.
• Validate content across desktop and mobile before and after publishing.
• Support content updates across development, QA, PPE, UAT, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure brand, accessibility, SEO, security, and publishing governance standards are followed.
• Track work, dependencies, approvals, and timelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, release coordination, deployments, and post-release validation.
• Identify and resolve broken links, formatting issues, missing assets, metadata gaps, and component issues.

Event and launch support

• Support content production for major events, campaigns, product launches, and executive announcements.
• Participate in event readiness reviews, content validation, publishing rehearsals, and launch checkpoints.
• Support urgent or time-sensitive publishing during event windows.
• Provide after-hours or extended support when required for critical launches.
• Coordinate rapid resolution of production content issues with technical teams.

Required skills and experience

• At least 4 years of experience in web content production, content authoring, or digital publishing.
• At least 3 years of hands-on AEM authoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, components, templates, workflows, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale websites.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, metadata, SEO, URLs, redirects, and accessibility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred skills

• Azure and cloud-hosted web platforms, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft enterprise security and accessibility standards is preferred.
• Experience supporting Microsoft.com or a similar large-scale enterprise web environment is highly desirable.
• Drupal authoring and software engineering or design architecture are listed as good-to-have skills.

Working hours

• The candidate must provide strong overlap with Pacific Time business hours for stakeholder meetings, publishing, releases, and event support.

Compensation

• The posting states a compensation range of $60.00 to $75,000 per year; the stated range contains inconsistent-looking endpoints.
