Role overview
Supports corporate systems during a significant merger, helping integrate technology platforms, optimize performance, and maintain business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document technical requirements for corporate systems integration.
- Facilitate high-level design, dependency mapping, estimation, planning, and solution orchestration, including epics and user stories.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions.
- Map and migrate application data while preserving integrity and security.
- Troubleshoot merger and technology-integration issues.
- Improve system testing, performance, and reliability throughout the SDLC.
- Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry practices.
- Monitor project progress, report status, and facilitate escalations.
- Analyze gaps in migration application capabilities and workflows to establish delivery scope.
- Serve as technical subject matter expert between business partners and software vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical analysis and project support; banking or financial-services experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate systems and their role in business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, business technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Systems experience and skills
- Listed systems include Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft .NET, microservices, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
- Mandatory skills listed: BFS Data Analysis and BFS Generic.
Compensation
- Description states a compensation range of $60 to $70 per year; the supplied structured salary states USD 60–70 hourly.
