Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support the manager with search strategy development and implementation; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on client objectives.
• Set up, traffic, and QA campaigns; support ongoing management and optimization.
• Analyze campaign results, develop business insights, and prepare concise reports.
• Support junior team members and quality-check trafficking, maintenance, and pacing.
• Manage budgets, finances, and time.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of paid-search experience.
• Mastery of Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Advertising Editor, and Google Search Ads 360.
• Required Skillshop certifications: Google Ads Search, AI-Powered Performance Ads, and Search Ads 360.
• Strong data analysis, attention to detail, written and oral communication, initiative, and ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
• Advanced understanding of Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.

Compensation

• Annual salary is $50,000–$55,000, depending on experience.
