Role Overview
Specialist Prosthodontics role requiring a DOH License.
Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Measure patients’ jaws and teeth and take impressions using face bows, dental articulators, recording devices, and related materials.
- Measure patients’ physical or physiological attributes.
- Replace missing teeth and associated oral structures with implant-supported prostheses, crowns, bridges, or dentures.
- Adjust dental devices and appliances to ensure proper fit.
- Design and fabricate dental prostheses or supervise dental technicians and laboratory bench workers.
- Design medical devices or appliances.
- Fit prostheses to patients and make necessary adjustments and modifications.
Qualifications
- Meet the DOH personal qualification requirements.
- Complete a postgraduate dentistry residency program.
- Hold a DOH License.
Skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail when assessing and documenting dental conditions.
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Additional languages are preferred.
Workplace
