Seeking an IT Support Technician with hands-on experience across IT support, networking, firewalls, Windows Server, and desktop support.
Experience and technical requirements
- CCNA certification with practical hands-on switching and routing experience.
- Basic knowledge of FortiGate routing, firewall policies, and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS.
- Experience troubleshooting and providing end-user desktop support.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 1.00 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot desktop issues for end users.
- Support switching and routing in network environments.
- Work with Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS.
- Assist with FortiGate routing, firewall policies, and configuration.
