We are seeking a culturally attuned and clinically experienced
Specialist OBGYN
- to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care across prenatal, natal, and postnatal stages, with a strong emphasis on patient communication, surgical expertise, and evidence-based practice.
- 🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies
- Perform gynecological procedures including:
- Cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies
- D&C, colposcopy, and fertility-related interventions
- Provide antenatal and postnatal care with a focus on maternal and fetal well-being
- Collaborate with midwives, neonatologists, and anesthesiologists for integrated care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
- Participate in departmental audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and families to ensure clarity and comfort in care delivery
📋 Qualifications & Experience
- Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Certification: Specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a hospital or women’s health clinic
- Strong surgical and diagnostic skills across obstetric and gynecologic domains
- Excellent interpersonal and culturally sensitive communication abilities
