This is a full-time on-site role as a Licensing Officer at Allocation Assist Middle East.
The Licensing Officer will be responsible for managing the DHA / DOH / MOH / QCHP / SCFHS Licensing process, including preparation, verification, processing, monitoring, and issuance of licenses.
Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- Licensing expertise to handle SCFHS / UAE / DHA / DOH / MOH Licensing; Credentialing, and Examination process.
- Proactive personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Initiate communication with clients for timely submission of necessary documents.
- Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and licensing requirements within the specified guidelines.
- Coordinate with the clients using a professional and friendly communication channel for timely processing of documents.
- Be actively involved in the quality improvement activities within the company.
- Maintain professional confidentiality at all times.
