Multimedia Design Specialist in Holding, Corporate Communications.
Create digital-first visual assets, motion graphics, campaign adaptations, presentations, and multimedia content.
Support Group campaigns, leadership communications, internal engagement, social content, events, and reputation-building initiatives.
Role profile
- Translate communications and marketing briefs into creative assets across channels and formats.
- Design static, animated, and interactive content that meets brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Develop motion graphics, infographics, executive presentations, campaign visuals, and creative adaptations.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, motion design tools, and AI design platforms.
- Maintain consistent branding across digital, social, intranet, video, and campaign materials.
- Organize design files and asset libraries and maintain reusable templates.
- Analyze performance data and stakeholder feedback to improve creative effectiveness and engagement.
- Collaborate with agencies and creative and communications colleagues to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of multimedia design experience; experience in corporate communications, branding, agency, retail, hospitality, real estate, or another consumer-facing environment is ideal.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including graphic design, layout, and digital content creation.
- Strong expertise in motion graphics, multimedia production, visual storytelling, and engaging content design.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and digital asset production platforms.
