Role summary

Role profile

• Receive, check, replenish, and display products according to company standards and planograms.
• Keep shelves organized, clean, well-stocked, and correctly priced and labeled; identify slow-moving or near-expiry items.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and support receiving operations in line with procedures and safety rules.
• Scan products, process payments, pack purchases, and perform cash handling, reconciliation, and security procedures.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards across store and warehouse areas.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, supermarket, hypermarket, customer service, cashier, or stock handling environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of commercial or retail experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
