Role summary

Role profile

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including assumptions and stakeholder variance reviews.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and rolling outlooks with business and finance stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into financial projections, scenarios, and performance targets for the strategic plan.
• Analyse performance against budget, forecast, prior year, and strategic-plan targets; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis, scenario and sensitivity modelling, and business-case evaluation.
• Maintain planning and reporting data in SAP S/4HANA and HFM, including reconciliations.
• Gather stakeholder inputs, challenge assumptions, communicate financial insights, and improve FP&A processes and reporting quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Two to three years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and ad hoc analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and HFM.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modelling, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• ACCA or CFA certification is preferred.
