Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Provide SAP GTS consulting covering authorisations, reports, jobs, table structures, new functionality, and system integrations and interfaces.
• Analyse customer requirements, estimate work effort, and create functional specifications for projects and continuous improvements.
• Create solution designs, SAP standard customizing, and development-team technical specifications using SAP Solution Manager.
• Perform unit, system integration, and functional IT testing.
• Support user acceptance and regression testing, resolve defects, and support cutover and hypercare after go-live.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for requirements gathering and knowledge transfer.
• Provide third-level incident-management and service-request support by analysing and resolving issues.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and testing.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience in an SAP GTS solution-based functional role is required.
• An academic degree in Business Administration or Informatics, or certified IT education with at least 4 years of IT-process and ITIL experience, is required.
• Practical IT service-management process experience is required.
• Ability to debug SAP code to resolve low-level incidents is required.
• Experience with SAP GTS Edition for HANA, debugging, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems is required.
• Effective stakeholder communication and excellent analytical skills are required.
• Foreign Trade Zone handling in GTS, including material balancing, is required.
• Software change or release management, or application management experience, is acceptable.
