Job Description
Supporting the Manager – CSR in the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives/projects.
This role contributes to delivering the Group’s social impact strategy by supporting community‑focused programs, social development activities, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
The Specialist plays a key role in coordinating and executing CSR at the Group level, ensuring alignment with AD Ports Group’s ESG objectives, national priorities, and global best practices.
The role works closely with CSR focal points teams, external stakeholders, and community partners to help drive the company’s social impact and community engagement efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Implementing the CSR initiatives/activities and ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and meet desired outcomes.
- Work closely with various clusters to ensure the smooth execution of CSR projects aligned with CSR strategy, policy & procedure.
- Research when required to support the CSR manager & Senior Specialist - CSR to develop/review/revise the CSR, initiatives, and plan.
- Support planning and contributing to the CSR awareness Campaigns, internal campaigns, or joint campaigns with other government entities, private or nonprofit entities.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders to support CSR initiatives.
- Complete the CSR tracker and tools related to CSR management activities such as CSR validation selection Tool.
- Conduct evaluations for CSR initiatives, both internal and external, to measure impact, effectiveness, and alignment with CSR strategy till the level of the implementation.
- Track all financial requirements related to CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with AD Ports Group’s financial policies and budget controls.
- Provide information and evidence such as photos and videos for each initiative/activity/event.
- Ensure proper archiving of all CSR‑related documents, evidence, and approvals (O Drive, Bynder, and any future digital platforms).

Education
- al and Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Familiarity with international CSR & Sustainability standards and best practices.
Language Skills
- Fluency in English & Arabic is additional
- Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a CSR role or related field.
- Nature of Experience:
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in managing CSR initiatives/activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
- Administration skills
- Understand CSR aspects and implement its initiatives
