This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of urological conditions to provide exceptional patient care.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise in urology, surgical proficiency, and a compassionate approach toward patient management.
You will play a key role in improving patient outcomes through expert evaluation, intervention, and ongoing care.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests relevant to urological conditions.
- Diagnose and manage diseases of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating both surgical and medical management.
- Perform urological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Stay current with advancements and best practices in urology through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of residency specialization in Urology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
- Proven clinical experience in diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of urological disorders.
- Strong surgical skills, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Detail-oriented with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous medical education and professional growth.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple cases efficiently.
