Overview
A leading dental and multispecialty clinic in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is expanding its Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry services and is seeking an accomplished Specialist/Consultant Endodontist to join its state-of-the-art clinical team.
This position focuses on delivering precision-driven endodontic treatments utilizing advanced technologies such as dental microscopes and digital imaging, within a patient-centered and quality-focused environment.
Serving a diverse international patient base, the clinic emphasizes minimally invasive dentistry, pain-free procedures, and long-term tooth preservation through evidence-based endodontic care.

• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Healthcare Setting: Premium dental clinic / multispecialty dental center
- Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years post speciality qualification
- Practice Model: Outpatient clinical practice focused on endodontic procedures and restorative support
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis and management of dental pulp and periapical conditions, delivering high-quality root canal treatments and advanced endodontic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- – Endodontics
- Diagnose and manage diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues
- Perform root canal treatments (RCT) and retreatments with high precision and success rates
- Conduct complex endodontic procedures, including management of calcified canals,curved roots, and previously treated teeth
- Perform endodontic microsurgery (apicoectomy) where indicated
- Utilise dental operating microscopes and digital radiography for accurate diagnosis and treatment
- Manage dental trauma cases, including pulp injuries and root fractures
- Collaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, and oral surgeons for comprehensive treatment planning
- Provide pain management and emergency dental care related to pulpal and periapical conditions
- Ensure infection control and sterilisation protocols are strictly followed
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, oral hygiene, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records in line with regulatory standards
- Participate in clinical audits and continuous professional development activities
& Board Recognition
- Applications are welcome from dentists holding recognised specialist qualifications such as:
- UK Specialty Training / MEndo / equivalent
• Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian Dental Council recognised specialist qualification
- Arab Board / recognised regional qualifications
- MDS / FCPS Endodontics or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
- Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for DHA / DOH / MOH licensing.
- Licensing guidance and support will be provided where applicable.
