WE ARE HIRING – Debt Collection Officer / Financial Advisor (Own Visa)
Join our growing Debt Management Company and be part of a team dedicated to helping individuals resolve their financial obligations through professional debt management solutions.
We are looking for self-motivated and experienced Debt Collection Officers / Financial Advisors with strong UAE banking and collections experience, particularly in handling personal loans, credit cards, and retail banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients regarding outstanding personal loans, credit cards, and other banking liabilities.
- Assess customers’ financial situations and recommend suitable debt management solutions, restructuring options, repayment plans, or settlements.
- Negotiate with customers and coordinate with banks to achieve workable financial resolutions.
- Provide professional financial guidance and educate clients on responsible financial management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, agreements, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and banking partners to ensure smooth case handling and timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Achieve monthly targets related to case resolutions, settlements, and recoveries.
Requirements
- **Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in debt collection, or debt management.**
- **Candidates must have their own visa.**
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations, debt restructuring, and settlement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to analyze financial situations and recommend practical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- English is mandatory; Hindi, Malayalam, and Tagalog are an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
