Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance EHS policies, incorporating best practices in PPE, equipment safety, and waste management.
  • Lead EHS program implementation for emergency preparedness, hazardous materials, and life-safety compliance.
  • Evaluate and select health and safety equipment to support organizational EHS standards.
  • Implement environmental impact reduction programs focused on energy efficiency and waste management.
  • Design training content to educate employees on safety protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze EHS data, prepare reports, support safety committees, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Investigate incidents using EHS MIS databases, document findings, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Advise on EHS matters, research regulations, and interface with regulatory agencies on compliance.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance; perform other assigned duties.

Experience and schedule
