We’re looking for a
Licensed Spa Therapist
who brings calm, confidence, and care to every touchpoint.
Someone who understands that true luxury is found in the smallest details, the warmth of a welcome, the serenity of a space, and the trust between therapist and member.
As part of our Wellness Team, you’ll create a sanctuary where our members can disconnect, recharge, and reconnect with themselves, all within our private, members-only community in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class massage and body treatments aligned with Discovery standards.
- Create a peaceful, private, and personalized experience for every member.
- Maintain pristine treatment spaces and uphold the highest hygiene standards.
- Be a wellness ambassador by guiding members through our services and experiences.
- Collaborate with a passionate team that values care, respect, and excellence.
What Skills & Qualifications Are Required
- Certified Massage Therapist (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa, resort, or private club.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional professionalism and warmth.
- Physically fit to perform treatments and maintain service excellence.
- Eligible to obtain Dubai licensing (DHA or relevant authority).
