The Spa Therapist role is based at Anantara Retreat Santorini Abu Dhabi.
The therapist delivers massage therapies and body treatments and contributes to guest service in line with company standards.
Guest service and treatments
- Welcome guests warmly and address them by name.
- Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments according to the Standard Training Manual.
- Answer questions about services and explain treatment benefits.
- Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
- Ensure service equipment functions at all times.
Administration and teamwork
- Update the Therapist Logbook and complete assignments by deadlines under spa manager or supervisor guidance.
- Participate in new and refresher training programs.
- Build rapport with guests and colleagues, and carry out other duties assigned by management.
Policies and workplace standards
- Follow company policies and procedures, including fire, hygiene, environmental health, and safety requirements.
- Report punctually and wear the correct uniform and name badge.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
