- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants
- Manage staff scheduling and rotas to ensure adequate coverage
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all spa areas
- Oversee inventory management of spa products, amenities, and equipment
- Support the Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets through upselling
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, treatments, staff attendance, and revenue using the spa management system
- Assist in developing and implementing spa promotions, seasonal packages, and membership programs
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety requirements specific to spa operations in Dubai
Requirements
- Experience in spa supervision or similar role
- Knowledge of spa treatments and services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the spa, including reception, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, wet areas (sauna, steam, jacuzzi, pool), fitness facilities, and retail areas
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure all treatments and services are delivered in line with brand and spa standards
- Manage staff scheduling and rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off peak hours
- Conduct daily briefings, on the job training, and performance evaluations for spa staff
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the Spa Manager when necessary
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all spa areas in line with UAE health and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management of spa products, amenities, and equipment; coordinate with suppliers and procurement as needed
- Support the Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets through upselling of treatments, packages, and retail products
- Ensure all spa equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, treatments, staff attendance, and revenue using the spa management system
- Assist in the development and implementation of spa promotions, seasonal packages, and membership programs
Qualifications
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety requirements specific to spa operations in Dubai
- Foster a professional, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere consistent with a five star hotel environment
- Step in to perform treatments or front desk duties when required to support the team during high demand periods
