Spa Receptionist
Role Overview
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu
• Assist guest with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities etc.
• Assist guests with product information and retail sales
• Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor
• Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift.
• Clean and tidy the areas when necessary
• To report any equipment malfunctioning.
• To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard
• Other duties as assigned

Guest service and spa operations
- Provide professional, friendly guest service and assist with spa operations and spa-menu knowledge.
- Help guests use sauna, steam, day-pass, and other spa facilities.
- Answer questions about spa products, menus, and special offers; assist with retail sales.
Standards and administration
- Maintain product stock and displays to standards; follow departmental, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Report problems, equipment malfunctions, and health and safety hazards.
- Attend briefings, complete shift handovers, and keep areas clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience at a five-star hotel spa or luxury standalone spa.
- Book4Time experience is mandatory.
- Strong administrative skills, including Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and a guest-focused manner.
- Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
