The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pizza operations, dough management, and team supervision, ensuring consistent quality and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- :Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operation
- sLead and train the pizza team to ensure consistency and qualit
- yPrepare, shape, and cook high-quality pizzas using proper technique
- sOversee dough preparation, fermentation, and ingredient managemen
- tMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standard
- sManage stock levels, ordering, and portion contro
- lAssist with menu updates and new pizza recipe developmen

Requirement
- s:Proven experience in pizza making (Neapolitan, Roman, or artisanal style
- s)Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Che
- f.Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, and baki
- ngAbility to work in a fast-paced environme
