We are seeking a talented and visionary
Sous Chef
to lead our kitchen operations and elevate our gastronomic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and consistency
- Design and curate innovative continental menus aligned with fine dining standards
- Oversee food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure excellence
- Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain quality control and consistency across all dishes
- Collaborate with management on seasonal promotions and special dining events
Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef in a fine dining restaurant or lounge
- Strong expertise in Continental cuisine
- Culinary degree or professional certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of cost control, menu engineering, and inventory management
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
