As Sommelier, you will be a key member of the Food & Beverage team, working closely with the

, venue leadership, Culinary, Events, Marketing, and service teams across the hotel.

You will collaborate across multiple restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, contributing to a cohesive yet concept-driven wine program that reflects Rosewood’s standards of refinement, storytelling, and guest-led luxury.

As Sommelier, you will lead and evolve the hotel’s wine strategy across all Food & Beverage venues, in-room dining, and banquets.

This role blends refined guest interaction with commercial and operational ownership—curating wine experiences that enhance guest moments while driving revenue, profitability, and brand distinction.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how wine is experienced across the property—through thoughtful curation, confident service, strategic pricing, team education, and strong supplier partnerships—while acting as a role model for service excellence and wine knowledge.
