Shisha Sommelier

To attend to guest tables, deliver exceptional live show, and creative presentation and to maximize sales and achieve guest satisfaction

1.

Provide knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests to ensure maximum guest satisfaction

2.

Entertain the guests by serving the shisha with a lively show or performance and creative presentation

3.

Demonstrate creativity in creating new flavors and other mixings to meet ultimate guest satisfaction

4.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and recommend products to guests

5.

Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue

6.

Prepare, sets up, and serve Shisha according to established standards and presentation.

7.

Recommend and suggest shisha specialties

8.

Take and process guest‘s orders in an accurate and timely manner

9.

Understand and anticipate customer needs, constantly checking our guests to see if they need anything

10.

Ensure that all shisha equipment is operational and functional

11.

Perform all necessary tasks in accordance with departmental policy and standard

12.

Monitoring inventory and informing the Shisha Supervisor/Manager about products that are about to go out of stock or expire

13.

Responsible for labeling and stocking all ingredients, ensuring that FIFO is being followed

14.

Checking products for quality and identifying damaged goods

15.

Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage

16.

Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and follow health and safety practices at all times

17.

Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the Management

1.

With prior relevant experience in Hospitality or F&B field

2.

Good working knowledge in POS system

3.

Strong communication and organizational skills

4.

Excellent customer service and upselling skills

5.

Pleasant and professional personality, demonstrate ability to work under pressure

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
