JKS Restaurants is seeking a Sommelier to join Gymkhana Dubai.
The role supports a high-profile restaurant opening and delivers service in the restaurant and private dining rooms.
Gymkhana Dubai is located in DIFC and serves classic Indian cuisine alongside signature hospitality.
Role responsibilities
- Deliver the highest levels of service and an exceptional guest experience in the restaurant and private dining rooms.
- Recommend and sell wines to customers to complement their tastes and pair with menu choices.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in Dubai is essential.
- Prior experience as an Assistant Head Sommelier or Senior Sommelier within a quality restaurant.
- WSET or equivalent Sommelier qualification.
- Professional, confident communication style and fluent English.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage.
- Engaging and personable, passionate about hospitality and guest experience, and eager to learn and develop.
