Requirements
- Candidates must have previous restaurant experience in Dubai.
- The successful candidate should be an experienced Host.
- SevenRooms expertise is advantageous for managing reservations and guest information.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an inviting environment and memorable experiences for every guest.
- Support the front-of-house team in daily operations through a hands-on approach.
- Manage reservations using guest profiles and reporting tools to optimise service and drive repeat visits.
- Lead and grow the reception team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Maintain high standards and ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival through departure.
