Candidate profile
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in Dubai.
- Fine-dining or Michelin-starred restaurant background.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, lead, and develop teams.
- Warm, personable, professional manner, creative approach, and excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for and knowledge of food and beverage; the source also refers to the London restaurant scene.
- Working knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety requirements.
- Ability to manage staff costs and review rotas accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Support the overall performance of the front-of-house team.
- Lead hands-on service and inspire the team to deliver warm and memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of service and operations while working closely with management.
- Manage financials and staff costs, and review rotas accordingly.
