Solutions Manager

Role Purpose

1. Solution Design & Customer Engagement

• Support sales teams in understanding customer business and technical requirements.
• Design and review end-to-end solutions covering connectivity, cloud, IDC and ICT/DICT services.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops and customer presentations.
• Support RFI, RFP and tender submissions.
• Ensure proposed solutions are competitive, scalable and commercially viable.

2. Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead and develop the local solutions team.
• Establish practical standards, templates and processes for solution design.
• Drive technical knowledge sharing and capability development.
• Monitor team performance and ensure quality delivery of solution outputs.

3. HQ & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with HQ product, network and technical teams to obtain support and resources.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve customer and project issues.
• Ensure local business requirements are effectively communicated to HQ.

4. Partner & Supplier Management

• Engage suppliers and partners on technical feasibility, pricing and delivery matters.
• Support the development of a strong local partner ecosystem.
• Evaluate new technologies and partners to support business growth.

5. Delivery Governance

• Support smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation teams.
• Participate in project reviews, risk management and customer acceptance activities.
• Ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with agreed scope and customer expectations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, cloud, data center, connectivity, ICT/DICT or related technology fields.
• Strong experience in enterprise ICT/DICT solutions including networking, cloud, cybersecurity and systems integration.
• Experience leading technical teams, solution teams or project delivery teams.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or telecom projects.
• Middle East market experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

• Cloud & Data Center

• ICT/Systems Integration
• AI and Digital Solutions
• Ability to develop integrated end-to-end solutions across multiple technologies.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
