1. **Project Solution Design**
Based on overseas customer needs and on-site project conditions, design large-scale grid-side energy storage solutions, including system architecture and selection of key equipment such as PCS and EMS, to meet project requirements for power supply, charge/discharge cycles, and reliability.
2. **Customer Communication & Technical Support**
Communicate with overseas customers, answer inquiries, and present solution advantages.
Participate in commercial negotiations, provide technical support, and collect feedback to support product improvement.
3. **Feasibility Assessment**
Comprehensively evaluate the feasibility of project solution implementation from a technical perspective, ensuring alignment with local grid codes and industry standards.
Participate in project contract negotiations and internal delivery management, and work with technical departments to provide professional technical evaluations.
4. **Market & Technology Research**
Track overseas energy storage market trends, focusing on grid-side storage, commercial & industrial (C&I) storage, and residential storage.
Research market demands and grid connection requirements in different countries to support company strategy and product planning.
Actively participate in industry events to enhance company visibility.
Job Requirements
1. **Education**
Full-time first-tier bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
2. **Work Experience**
At least 3 years of experience in the energy storage industry, with over 2 years of experience in overseas grid-side large-scale storage projects.
Familiarity with the full project lifecycle is required.
Candidates with successful experience in solution design, implementation, or project management are preferred.
Overseas solution experience and a track record of leading teams through complex projects are strongly preferred.
3. **Technical Skills**
Proficient in energy storage system technologies, familiar with battery characteristics and charge/discharge management, and knowledgeable in the principles and applications of PCS, EMS, and BMS.
Understand the characteristics of overseas power grids and grid connection standards, as well as electricity market mechanisms.
Familiar with international and local energy storage regulations and standards.
4. **Language & Communication Skills**
Fluent in English for seamless business and technical communication.
Proficiency in additional foreign languages is preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and coordinate resources across parties.
5. **Work Ethic**
Proactive, clear-thinking, logical, with strong learning ability and a collaborative team spirit.
6. **Personal Abilities**
Strong verbal and written communication skills, good problem-solving abilities, and strong coordination and communication skills.
7. **Travel or Relocation**
Honest, energetic, and willing to travel or be based in Dubai, Turkey, or Uzbekistan.
