About the role

Serve as the technical face of Intel’s Agentic Platform for enterprise and government customers in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.

Guide customers from initial conversations through successful deployment of agentic AI on Intel hardware.

The role combines engineering and customer engagement and supports Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Strategy for Data and AI.

What you’ll do

  • Understand customer agentic AI use cases and design solution architectures on Intel hardware.
  • Run customer-site technical demos, workshops, and proofs of concept.
  • Support platform setup, integration, production rollout, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Bridge Arabic-speaking customer stakeholders and Intel’s global engineering teams.
  • Produce Arabic- and English-language solution briefs, deployment guides, demo scripts, and case studies.
  • Bring customer and field feedback to the platform team to inform product improvements and adoption.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, solutions or pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or technical support with a strong engineering component.
  • Code-reading and writing ability in at least one of Python, TypeScript, Go, C++, Rust, React, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, Linux, and APIs, including integration support, deployment debugging, and log reading.
  • Fluent Arabic and English for customer meetings, technical presentations, and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the GCC.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Anthropic SDKs, or Hugging Face.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms present in Saudi Arabia, including AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
  • Prior customer-facing experience at a technology company, system integrator, or MENA consulting firm.

Work model and location

  • The role is eligible for a hybrid work model, splitting time between an assigned Intel site and off-site work.
  • Primary location is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; customer-site work and travel are part of the role.
