Job Description

Shift Schedule

• Shift 5 – 12-hour Days: Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related STEM fields.
• 6+ months of experience with scripting and related activities (SQL, Python, or PowerShell, etc.)
• 6+ months of experience in current IT technologies (Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, iCloud, or VMWare, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience with relational database technologies and database engineering or database administration support
• 1+ years of experience with automated monitoring and alerting systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL query writing and optimization
• Experience with major database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL database administration)
• Understanding of database concepts (tables, indexes, views, or stored procedures)
• Knowledge of database backup and recovery procedures
• Familiarity with database monitoring tools and performance metrics
• Understanding of Agile frameworks and ITIL/incident management processes

Compensation

• Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)
• The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
• Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for database systems and data loader processes as part of Database, Data Analytics and Process Control (AO DAP) L2 team
• Ensure smooth data operations, resolve technical issues, and support end-users with database and data integration challenges in an automated manufacturing environment
• Resolve complex technical issues in high-pressure environments
• Follow procedures and work in a 24x7 support environment
