Design digital solutions that improve operational performance, customer experience, and business outcomes.

The role is part of the Service Supply Chain offering, delivering BPaaS or managed services across the service lifecycle.
Core responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for digital products and platforms; create process flows, capability maps, diagrams, and solution blueprints.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and partner with Product Managers and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define integrations among enterprise applications, platforms, APIs, and third-party systems; evaluate technology options.
- Support AI, analytics, automation, and data-driven initiatives; consider scalability, security, governance, reliability, and operational supportability.
- Guide implementation and deployment, and communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Systems Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or Product Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience solutioning API integrations.
Professional skills
- Experience designing distributed systems and enterprise integrations, and creating architecture artifacts and process maps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; innovation, value creation, and structured problem solving.
Preferred qualifications
- AI, machine learning, analytics platforms, and intelligent automation experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, service operations, field service, or enterprise workflow technologies.
- Cloud-native architectures, modern software patterns, data governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance knowledge.
- Agile delivery and product development experience.
Compensation
- Annual base salary range for British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick is $82,600 to $132,600.
- Compensation varies by office location, role, skill set, and experience; the stated range is a guideline and offers may exceed it.
