Role summary

Solution design and deal support

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and client requirements to develop solution strategies.
• Design scalable data engineering, BI, AI, machine learning, and generative AI architectures.
• Plan data modernization solutions from ingestion and integration through analytics, visualization, and AI insights.
• Align technology components across Informatica, Power BI, PySpark, Azure services, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Glue, BigQuery, and related platforms.
• Estimate effort, validate solution assumptions, and design delivery and staffing models.
• Build solution plans for sales pursuits and delivery alignment; conduct reviews and governance discussions.
• Coordinate sales and delivery teams through the opportunity lifecycle.
• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, commercial responses, and contracting documents.

Client and delivery engagement

• Present and defend proposed solutions to clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead knowledge transfer and transition to delivery teams after deal closure.
• Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Travel as needed for client engagements, workshops, and business development.
• Track emerging Data & AI technologies, cloud platforms, and industry trends.

Experience and technical qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant IT experience in Data & AI delivery, solution architecture, or presales.
• Strong data engineering, BI, and large-scale integration or application development experience.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data modernization and analytics solutions.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Glue, or BigQuery.

Communication and leadership qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; ability to drive complex solutioning.
• Experience leading delivery teams and working with global cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering, and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.
• External client-facing consulting or presales experience.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
