Role overview

Primary areas of contribution

• Support pre-sales, client onboarding, opportunity qualification, marketing technology strategy, roadmaps, budgets, proposals, pitches, and statements of work.
• Advise clients and act as, or support, a product owner on implementations and transformation programs; take ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Define solution architecture, manage client engagements, lead implementations from discovery through deployment, and assess existing Workfront implementations.
• Coordinate business requirements, priorities, dependencies, and discovery workshops; define marketing activation use cases.
• Prepare business requirements documents, epics, and stories; administer Workfront environments and train users.
• Contribute to programs involving data, analytics, experience platforms, creative services, and production services.
• Support internal practice growth through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification.

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing technology, creative operations, or content operations architecture.
• 4+ years of hands-on enterprise-scale Adobe Workfront configuration and architecture experience.
• Prior consulting experience and a record of leading complex client engagements.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including cross-functional design discussions and senior client engagement.
• Functional knowledge of Workfront Fusion for automation and workflow orchestration.
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; the posting gives minimum work-experience alternatives for applicants with different degrees.
• English is required for regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries.

Preferred qualifications

• Preferred: Workfront Fusion, AEM Assets Developer, or Adobe Experience Platform certification.
• Preferred: REST APIs, JSON, webhook integrations, content localization, multi-market content operations, enterprise SSO, permissions architecture, or content governance experience.
• Preferred: Adobe Content Supply Chain design or implementation experience, including Workfront, AEM, and Creative Cloud.
• Preferred: Workfront integrations with Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, and downstream activation platforms; DAM, metadata, and asset lifecycle knowledge.

Compensation

• The stated annual base salary range for British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick is CAD 99,450 to CAD 209,900.
