Solution Architect - Digital & AI Products

Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for digital products and platforms; create process flows, capability maps, diagrams, and solution blueprints.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and define integrations across enterprise applications, APIs, platforms, and third-party systems.
• Partner with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle; evaluate technology options and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support AI, analytics, automation, and data-driven initiatives; account for scalability, security, governance, reliability, and operational supportability.
• Guide implementation and deployment teams and explain architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least seven years in solution architecture, systems architecture, enterprise applications, or product engineering.
• At least three years of experience solutioning API integrations.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• AI, machine learning, analytics, or intelligent-automation experience is preferred.
• Supply chain, logistics, service operations, field service, or enterprise workflow knowledge is preferred.
• Cloud-native architecture, modern software patterns, data governance, responsible AI, security, or compliance knowledge is preferred.
• Agile delivery and product-development experience is preferred.
• Experience designing distributed systems and enterprise integrations; strong communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and architecture-artifact skills.

Compensation

• The stated annual salary range for British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick is CAD 82,600 to CAD 132,600.
• Compensation varies by location, role, skills, and experience; the range is a guideline and offers may exceed it.
