**Job Title :** Software Service Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Software Service Engineer – L2** to support and maintain enterprise applications for a prestigious government project in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot application issues, manage incidents within SLA timelines, and act as a key liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
Fluency in **French and English** is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum **4–5 years of experience** in Application Support, Software Support, or Technical Support.
- **Fluent in French and English** (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of **ITIL processes** and service management.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as **ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or Maximo**.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong experience working with **relational and non-relational databases**, including writing SQL queries, troubleshooting database issues, data validation, and performance analysis.
- Experience with databases such as **PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar platforms**.
- Good understanding of **Linux environments**, system administration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in **Python scripting**, automation, and script development.
- Strong knowledge of **data analysis, data management, data integrity, and reporting**.
- Ability to write and maintain scripts for monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
