Software Engineer Trainee

As a member of software team, you will work alongside software developers, team leads, and collaborate with other stakeholders to build and support the symplr Contract platform.

In the role of Developer Apprentice, symplr provides you platform to learn required technologies, methodologies and best practices for design and development of the software application.

This role would be provided on job training for initial two months on the required tools, technologies, process. From third month this role expected to gain more technical skills while working on project assignments.

• Be a champion for department initiatives and values ensuring all actions promote the department’s mission statement.

• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

• Work with other developers, analysts, project managers, QA and others to participate in developing enterprise-level software products adhering to best practices and established standards and practices.

• Ensure software solutions are reviewed, documented and unit tested prior to handing it over to QA

• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear testable code

• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.

• Communicate in a professional manner when interacting with coworkers and external customers.

• Other duties and projects as assigned.

• B.Tech IT/CSE graduated during 2022, 20223 or 2024

• Good understanding of Dot Net, SQL

• Good understanding on RDBMS and SQL

• Strong understanding of Computer science fundamentals, Data Structures and Algorithms

• Strong understanding of OOPS/OOAD, SOLID principles

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for Software Engineering, proactive and self driven
