Minimum Experience
- At least 6 years’ experience in operations, including at least 2 years in a banking environment.
- Working knowledge and experience of 24/7/365 EOD operations, NOC, and data center operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree.
- A diploma in a technical subject, such as Management Information Systems.
Professional Qualifications and Skills
- ITIL or a similar qualification associated with corporate IT service is a plus.
- Understanding of EOD/NOC/data center operations, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Listed skills include operations management, EOD operations, and data center management.
