Threat Intelligence Manager
Role Overview
Reports to the Head of Information Security Cyber Defense Operations.
Leads the threat intelligence function to identify, collect, analyze, and report on potential and existing cyber threats.
Focuses on understanding the threat landscape, developing proactive strategies, and delivering intelligence-driven insights to protect the bank’s information assets and reputation.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the threat intelligence function.
- Identify, collect, analyze, and report on potential and existing cyber threats.
- Develop proactive strategies informed by the threat landscape.
- Deliver intelligence-driven insights that protect information assets and reputation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external intelligence communities.
- Enhance threat detection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Provide actionable intelligence to key decision-makers.
Experience and technical requirements
- 10+ years of threat intelligence and cyber threat analysis experience; large financial institution experience is preferred.
- Hands-on malware analysis, reverse engineering, and digital forensics investigation experience.
- Experience collecting, preserving, and analyzing digital evidence in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency with forensic tools and techniques such as EnCase.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and their integration with SOC environments.
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and Diamond Model of Intrusion Analysis.
- Familiarity with OSINT techniques and commercial threat feeds.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NESA, PCI DSS, and SWIFT standards and regulations.
Education and certifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant certifications are listed as GCTI, CTIA, CISSP, CISM, GCFA, GREM, or EnCase Certified Examiner (ENCE).
