Software Engineer - Mobile App Development

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications across iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness through profiling and code reviews.
• Resolve bugs, performance issues, and API or native-module integration challenges.
• Maintain unit, widget, and integration tests for app reliability and stable releases.
• Integrate Flutter modules with native iOS Swift and Android Kotlin components.
• Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Adopt relevant Flutter, Dart, and mobile ecosystem improvements into app architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional mobile app development experience.
• Proven Flutter mobile application development experience.
• Strong Dart proficiency with Swift and/or Kotlin native mobile development experience.
• Understanding of mobile architecture, hybrid integration, and patterns such as BLoC, Provider, or MVVM.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, secure storage, analytics, and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appium, Espresso, or XCTest automated testing frameworks is a plus.
