Associate Software Engineer II participates in designing, developing, and maintaining multi-tiered business applications.

Job responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, estimate work, design solutions, prepare technical documentation, and contribute to product backlogs.
- Build secure, maintainable, testable, and evolvable software using enterprise standards and security principles.
- Develop and migrate data across environments and participate in peer code reviews.
- Write automated tests, support system testing and debugging, and help implement applications in production.
- Provide post-production support and documentation for application maintenance.
- Research technologies, participate in enterprise initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate teamwork, communication, accountability, and technical growth.
Required experience
- At least 1 year of experience is required.
- A four-year bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle practices is required.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, .NET, C#, React, and SQL is required.
- Cloud-native development, container technologies, software quality, security, API design, testing, code review, refactoring, and deployment experience are required.
- Experience using AI tooling in software development, such as GitHub Copilot, is required.
Preferred knowledge
- Knowledge of front-end tools, middleware, databases, ORMs, frameworks, design patterns, DevOps, cloud architecture, or enterprise integration patterns is preferred.
- GraphQL experience and the ability to present technical concepts are desired.
- Additional experience with large-scale business applications is optional.
