Software Engineer I - Salesforce

Role Overview

Support and Issue Resolution

• Manage and resolve daily Lead-to-Order support tickets for business users.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce user issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or developers.
• Perform data imports, updates, exports, and upserts while maintaining data integrity.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders affected by production issues.

Salesforce and Quality Support

• Provide Salesforce operational support covering permissions, basic configuration, and data integrity checks.
• Perform Salesforce record maintenance and cleanup activities.
• Assist with smoke and regression testing for support-related fixes and enhancements.
• Participate in story refinement and requirements gathering.

Process Improvement

• Document common support issues and resolution workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Identify, track, and communicate testing risks, dependencies, and defects.
• Continue developing technical skills, domain knowledge, and testing capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates need 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, quality assurance, or a related technology role.
• Basic Salesforce configuration experience and familiarity with data loading tools are required.
• Understanding of software delivery lifecycles, API testing, database fundamentals, and data integrity verification is required.
• An analytical approach to troubleshooting and root-cause analysis is required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
