Role Overview

Software Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core.
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin.
• Develop and optimize XSLT transformations, XML workflows, and data integrations.
• Create and maintain Crystal Reports, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

API & Integration

• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and integration layers.
• Ensure proper API design, documentation, versioning, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems using industry-standard protocols.

Database Engineering

• Work heavily with Oracle and PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries, procedures, and optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of database-related issues.

DevOps, Cloud & CI/CD

• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Support deployments across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production).
• Monitor performance and implement improvements for cloud-hosted applications.

Business Analysis & Customer Support

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Perform detailed impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution design.
• Provide second-line and third-line technical support for business users.
• Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and provide long-term solutions.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges effectively.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• .NET / .NET Core

• Xamarin (Mobile App Development)

• XSLT, XML processing
• Crystal Reports
• Oracle & PostgreSQL databases
• Microservices architecture
• RESTful APIs
• Azure DevOps
• CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Git, branching strategies, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (Azure preferred).

Education
